    List of Ingredients




    Vegetable oil spray
    1 cup all-purpose four
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup light stick margarine, cut into 4 pieces

    Topping:
    2/3 cup sugar
    Whites of 2 large eggs
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
    3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
    3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

    Recipe



    PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with vegetable oil. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, pecans and margarine; beat with an electric mixer on medium until mixture is crumbly. Press evenly on bottom of baking dish and bake 15 minutes.

    BEAT topping ingredients except confectioners' sugar in same bowl on medium for about 2 minutes (mixture will be thin). Pour over hot crust. BAKE about 20 minutes, until topping is set. Set on a cooling rack for 30 minutes, then cut into squares. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.

    Makes 16 squares.
