Recipe Introduction
original poster's notes: You have to try this to believe that it could be 2 points in 1/12th of a 9x13 pan. I served it for Easter with 2 T.Cool Whip Free and 1/2 cup Strawberries per piece for a total of 3 points. Really good!
List of Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour * see note
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups skim milk
2 cups splenda **see note
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce Recipe
Beat everything together and put into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and serve with fat free cool whip and your choice of toppings. Serves 12.
* using all white flour does not change the points, it's close, it does change the amount of fiber.
** Splenda is made from sugar and is the only low calorie sweetner that can be used in cooking, or baking and it is ZERO calories. Using sugar instead of splenda adds 28 points to the entire recipe. That would make each serving 4.2 points. If Splenda is not available in your area you can order it online at http://www.splenda.com/
