Cake: 5 pt. Vanilla Bundt Cake

1 package yellow cake mix reduced fat (1-lb, 2.25 oz.)
8 ounces egg substitute
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix 3.4 oz.
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
cooking spray Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray; beat at medium speed of a mixer 2 minutes or until blended.
3. Pour batter into a 12-cup Bundt pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan. Let cool completely on wire rack. Yield: 12 Servings (serving size: 1 slice)
