    Cake: 6 pt. Ultimate Chocolate Cake

    1 package (18-1/4 oz.) devil's food cake mix
    1 package (1.4 oz.) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
    1 cup (8 oz.) fat-free sour cream
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup water
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    1-1/2 tsp. confectioners' sugar

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Coat a 10-inch fluted tube pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust with flour; add batter.

    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely (although we couldn't wait and ate it warm with a glass of milk!). Dust with confectioners' sugar.

    Yield: 12 servings at 6 points each.
