List of Ingredients
1 medium banana
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour (I recommend half regular and half whole wheat) Recipe
1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) Combine salt, baking soda and flours -- set aside.
3) Mash banana, blend in sugars and vanilla extract.
4) Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture, blending as you go.
5) Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
6) Bake for 12-15 minutes.
7) Remove when golden brown (cookies will still be "flexible").
8) Let cool.
Makes 3 dozen.; 18 servings.
