    List of Ingredients




    1 cup of all purpose flour,
    1/4 cup of Hersey's unsweetened cocoa powder,
    1 tsp of baking soda,
    12 packets of Equal (any sugar substitute),
    1/4 cup of SMUCKERS BAKING HEALTHY (oil & shortening replacement),
    1 egg white,
    1/2 cup skim milk,
    3/4 cup of Sugar Free Fat Free chocolate pudding (prepared)


    Instructions
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In mixing bowl mix together flour, cocoa and baking soda. In another bowl blend egg white, sugar substitue and oil replacemnt. Mix until well blended. Stir in flour mixture, then add milk. Mix until blended.
    On a ungreased cookie sheet drop spoonfuls of dough about 1/2 inch apart. Bake until top of cookies spring back when touched, 6-8 minutes. Cool on rack. Yeilds 20 cookies.
    Once cooled spread 2 tsp of pudding on the bottoms of half the cookies. Top with remaing cookies.


    Special Notes
    You can find the oil & shortening replacement in you local supermarket by the cooking oils.
