List of Ingredients
3/4 ounce quick-cooking oats -- uncooked
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon banana extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 medium banana -- ripe mashed
1 1/2 packets sweetener -- eqaul to 3 tsp Recipe
Combine dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients, stirring til blended. Drop by teaspoon onto a nonstick cookie sheet, making 12 cookies. Bake for 10 minutes at 375¼ til lightly browned.
This single recipe makes 2 servings of 6 cookies each.
