3 cups fruit -- *see note cut or small whole
8 skewers -- wooden or metal
3 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sugar substitute
NOTES : *mixed fruit (melon, berries, peaches, nectarines, pears, apples, bananas, oranges, or kiwi)Recipe
Thread the fruit onto the skewers, alternating different kinds of fruit If using plain yogurt, flavor with vanilla and sugar substitute. Serves 4.
