List of Ingredients
1 small banana -- (frozen or not)
1/2 cup milk, 1% lowfat
1 tablespoon instant oatmeal
2 packets Sweet 'n Low¨ sweetener
5 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey Recipe
Combine all ingredients into a blender a blend until smooth.
Dawlzgirl's Note: If this is a morning shake, I love to add Honey bunches of oats, or a sweet low point crunchy cereal after it comes out of the blender, it really mixes well (add points)!
Pamela's Note: The original recipe called for milk, I changed it to 1 % lowfat milk.
