    Pie: 2 pt. Graham Cracker Crust

    3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
    3 tablespoons butter -- melted (butter or margarine same points)
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    Recipe



    Combine graham wafer crumbs, butter, spices. Press into a 9" pie plate or 8" square cake pan or 9" springform pan. Crust DOES NOT have to be baked, but can be if you prefer. (Bake 15-20 minutes in a preheated 350¡ oven until golden.) Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before filling. If desired, reserve 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture to sprinkle on top of the filling. Makes 1 crust
