Pie: 2 pt. Jenn's Crustless Pumpkin Pie

1/3 cup Bisquick baking mix light
18 packets equal sweetener
12 ounces evaporated skim milk (1 can)
3 egg whites
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
29 ounces canned pumpkin Libby's ( 1 can)Recipe
Mix everything in a big bowl and poured the mixture into a baking dish. Cook it at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
