    List of Ingredients




    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
    1 package instant sugar-free vanilla pudding & pie filling (1.5oz)
    2 3/4 cups skim milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
    2 tablespoons sliced almonds -- toasted
    2 tablespoons fat free butterscotch topping -- smuckers
    1 cup cool whip Lite¨ -- divided

    Recipe



    Mix together pudding mix, skim milk, and almond extract whisk together for 1 minute. Pour into crust. With piping tube or squeeze bottle, pipe butterscotch topping in a diamond pattern across top of pie. Top with toasted almonds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, top each slice with 2 tablespoons of reduced-fat whipped topping.

    Serves 8.
