Pie: 4 pt. Chocolate Mousse Pie

1 9-inch Oreo Cookie Pie Crust
2 pkgs any flavor sugar-free, fat-free Jello instant pudding
1-1/4 cups skim or 1% milk
1 8-oz tub Cool Whip FreeRecipe
In a medium bowl, use a wire whisk to combine the pudding mix with the milk. Then add half the Cool Whip. Mixture will be thick. Pour chocolate filling into pie crust. Spread remaining Cool Whip in an even layer over top of pie. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
