    1 graham cracker pie crust
    1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
    1 softened (8oz) pkg fat free cream cheese
    1 (8 oz) container frozen light Cool Whip
    2/3 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Mix the strawberries, sugar, and cream cheese in a bowl with electric mixer until blended smoothly. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into pie crust. Let cool in freezer for at least 3 hours (or until set)

    POINTS: 4 POINTS/slice (yield 10 slices)
