1/3 cup reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail
3/4 cup ice cubes
1-1/2 cups frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
sugar substitute equivalent toÊ1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extractRecipe
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process about 1 minute until ice cubes are crushed and mixture is thick and creamy. Taste and add more sugar substitute if desired.
