    1envelope Alba brand vanilla shake mix
    8 oz water
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    6 ice cubes (more or less to taste)

    Combine all in blender and blend until smooth. Since 1 pkg of Alba has 30% calcium, it satisfies one milk for 1 skinny little point! Makes 1 serving.
