1 c HOT water
2 tsp espresso powder
2 c low fat Cappuccino Mocha Fudge Ice Cream (Healthy Choice)
1/2 c skim milk
1/2 c ice cubes
3 tbsp chocolate syrupRecipe
Combine water & espresso powder, stir till combined. Cover & chill. Combine chilled espresso, ice cream & remaining ingredients in blender & process til smooth (stopping once to scrape down sides). Pour into 4 glasses, serve immediately. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
