    16 ounces canned peaches undrained - sliced
    1 medium banana ripe
    2/3 cup soy milk
    1/2 cup fat-free yogurt vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    2 ice cubes

    Recipe



    Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Place peaches, reserved juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender, and process until mixture is smooth.

    Yield: 3 servings (serving size: about 1 cup).

    Points: 3; Exchanges: 2 fruit, 1/2 lean meat.
