2 cups fresh or slightly thawed frozen blueberries
1 cup apple juice
1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream
1/2 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamonRecipe
In the container of a food processor or blender, place blueberries, apple juice, yogurt, milk and cinnamon; whirl until smooth. Serve immediately.
