    2 cups ice cubes
    1 banana, sliced
    1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk
    1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
    1 squirt chocolate syrup

    Recipe



    In a blender, combine all ingredients; puree until smooth. ÊPour into a tall, chilled glass.
