    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup strawberries, sliced -- in light syrup, frozen, but partially thawed
    1/2 cup banana -- (ripe) sliced
    1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt -- or strawberry
    1/2 cup soft silken tofu -- drained

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 2 (3/4 cup each)
