2 cornish hens (1-lb)
cooking spray
1 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
4 garlic cloves mincedRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove and discard giblets from hens. Rinse hens under cold water, and pat dry. Remove the skin, and trim excess fat; split hens in half lengthwise. Place hen halves, meaty sides up, in a 13" x 9" baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine wine and next 5 ingredients, and pour over hens. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done, basting occasionally with wine mixture.
