2 Tablespoons butter or margarine melted
1/4 Cup flour
1 Teaspoon seasoned salt
1 egg beaten
1 Tablespoon water
1/4 Cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Recipe
About one hour before serving; Preheat oven to 350. In each of 4 cereal bowls, place butter; mixture of flour and seasoned salt; beaten egg and water; and bread crumbs and cheese.
Beginning with the butter, dip chicken breasts into each of 4 bowls consecutively, ending with crumb-cheese mixture. On rack in shallow baking dish, arrange breasts close together. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from oven; turn heat to "broil", slip chicken under broiler for a few minutes to lightly brown crust. Serves 4.
