4 chicken breast halves without skin
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
2 Tablespoons cooking sherry
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 Cup coconut milk
Recipe
Mix together oil, sherry, soy sauce, ground ginger and coconut milk. Marinate chicken breasts in above ingredients. Cook breasts on grill. Heat remaining marinade and serve with chicken and rice. Serves 4.
