    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1 (103/4 oz) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    3 T Heinz Light Harvest or Healthy Choice ketchup
    2 T Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups hot cooked noodles, rinsed and drained

    Recipe



    In a large skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. In a medium bowl, combine mushroom soup, dry milk powder, and water. Add parsley flakes, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine. Stir soup mixture into meat mixture. Add noodles. Mix well to combine. Lower heat. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serves 4 (1 full cup) = 6 pts

    Hint: 1 3/4 c uncooked noodles usually cooks to about 2 cups.

    Each serving equals:
    263 cal, 7 gm fat, 1 gm fiber = 6 pts
    2 starch and 1 1/2 meat
