2 1/2 lbs. sirloin tips
1 can CampbellÕs golden mushroom soup mix
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
small whole potatoes



Recipe

In crockpot mix together 2 1/2 lbs. sirloin tips, 1 can CampbellÕs golden mushroom soup mix, and 1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix Peel as many small whole potatoes as you desire and place on top of meat mixture - turning them once to cover with the soup mixture so they will brown nicely. Serve with your favorite vegetable and crusty bread. This makes a lot of gravy - believe it or not.

Original poster's notes: 6 servings @ 9 points. I cut the recipe down to 2 lbs. instead of 2 1/2 and it brought it down to a much more manageable 7 pnts. It also didn't specify how many potatoes. So I used 6 med. red
