    Chicken: 15 pt. Monterey Chicken Fajitas

    List of Ingredients




    1 T vegetable oil
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves(about 1/2 pound/250 g)cut in strips
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 can (10 oz/284 ml) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup PACE Chunky salsa
    8 flour tortillas (8"/20 cm)
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    Recipe



    Heat oil at medium-high in large skillet. Add chicken and stirfry until cooked through. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender crisp. Add soup and salsa and heat through. Spoon about 1/2 cup(125 ml)chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and additional salsa. Fold tortilla around filling.

    Serves 4. ( 2 fajitas per serving)
