4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, Halved.
fresh lemon juice
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1tsp garlic salt
1tsp paprika
10 3/4oz can Cream of Mushroom soup
10 3/4oz can Cream of celery soup
1/3 cup dry sherry
1/8C grated parmesan cheese Recipe
Spinkle halved chicken breasts with lemon juice. Then spinkle salt pepper and garlic salt over chicken breasts evenly. Place chicken breast in slow cooker. In a separate bowl combine soups and sherry then pour over the chicken. Spinkle with the grated parmesan cheese and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serves 8.
Special Notes
You can serve this with rice. The chicken will be so moist and soft when done it will fall apart with out needing a knife. Fabulous flavor also.
