4 boneless skinless chicken breast
5 fat free flour tortillios
2 cans (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
1 can water
1/2 evaporated skim milk
3 chicken boullion cubes( I think salt free are better)
1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup ( I left out the soup and it was still very good)Recipe
Boil chicken in chicken broth and water until tender, remove chicken and reserve broth Tear or cut tortillios into 8ths, shredd chicken. Add boullion cubes to broth, drop tortillios into broth and cook 5 minutes. Add milk, chicken and chicken soup cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. It makes 8 (1cup) servings and 1 cup equals 3 points.
