1 pound chicken breast, meat only boneless and skinless
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 ounce cilantro to taste
1 ounce basil to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 oz dijon mustardRecipe
Coat chicken with mustard. Sprinkle on pepper and herbs. Coat chicken with bread crumbs and parmesan mixture. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 till golden brown.
