1- 6 oz package of Louis Rich Carving Board Chicken Strips
1/2 bag of mixed frozen veggies (stir fry works well)
Seasoning of Choice (i.e. soy sauce, garlic salt, etc.)Recipe
Put vegetables in microwave bowl and cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Add Chicken strips and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the seasoning of your choice. Serves 1.
Special Notes
Very filling! Add pasta or a roll for a few more points. Actually a meal in itself!
