4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
2 Cups fresh bread crumbs Recipe
About 1 hour before serving: Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken in medium baking dish. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over surface of chicken. Cover; bake 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes more, or until chicken is tender and bread crumbs are crisp. Serves 4.
