1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Pound fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
1 onion thinly sliced

About 30 minutes before serving; In medium skillet over med. heat, in oil, brown chicken well. Add remaining ingredients; cover; cook over low heat, turning chicken occasionally til tender. Serves 4.
