Chicken: 5 pt. Mexican Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 cans FF Cream of Chicken Soup
(you can also use 1 can FF Cream of Chicken and 1 can FF Cream of Mushroom)
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut in bite size pieces)
1 small can of chopped green chilis (optional)
1/4 C salsa
1/4 C minced onion
1 1/2 C finely shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 package (10 count) corn tortillasRecipe
Tear up tortillas into bite size pieces and mix with all ingredients except cheese. Add only 1/2 cheese to mix. Put it all in a 8x8 baking dish sprayed with Pam, and top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350* until cheese is melted and bubbly on the sides (30-45 minutes).
Makes 6 servings at 5 pts/serving.
You can also top with salsa or FF/lowfat Sour cream...just make sure to add the points.
Can substitute 12 oz of lean ground beef for the chicken and used fat free cheese. Still stayed 5 pts.
