    Try substituting fresh squid or scallops for the shrimp in this dish.

    List of Ingredients




    8 ozs wheat noodles or thin spaghetti
    8 ozs medium shrimp, deveined
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1/2 cup chopped white onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
    1 tsp chopped sesame seeds

    Sauce
    2 tbsp hot mustard sauce
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp cooking wine
    1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

    Recipe



    Cook the noodles according to package directions or until just tender. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Set aside. Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside. Lightly coat a nonstick wok or frying pan with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and saut� until the garlic begins to brown. Add the shrimp, bean sprouts, onions and sesame shake. Cook until the onions become clear (about 5 minutes). Add the noodles and sauce to the shrimp and vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
