Combine:
1/4 cup each fresh mint, basil, parsley and cilantro
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Add:
1 1/2 pounds large peeled shrimp.
Toss to coat Bake at 450 degrees for about 6 minutes
4 servings, 4 points each
