    28 ounces tomatoes canned, diced and undrained
    1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 cup onion diced
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    3 tablespoons parsley fresh, chopped divided
    1 tablespoon capers
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 dash crushed red pepper
    1 pound shrimp medium peeled and deveined
    2 cups orzo Hot, cooked about 1 cup uncooked
    Cooking Spray
    1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled

    Preheat oven to 450. 2. Drain tomatoes through a sieve into a bowl, reserving tomatoes and 1/2 cup tomato liquid. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; saute 3 minutes. Add wine. Cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, reserved tomato liquid, 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley, capers and next 4 ingredients to pan. Cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Stir in pasta. Spoon shrimp mixture into an 11 x 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with feta cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

    Yield. 4 servings. Serving size 1 1/2 cups
