12 cups canned chopped tomatoes
3 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 cup basil, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
Freshly ground black pepper
10 ounces angel hair pasta or spaghetti Recipe
Combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, cilantro, and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Add pepper to taste. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta well. Pour sauce over pasta.
Serves 6. Serving size: 1 cup pasta/1 cup sauce.
