Pasta: 6 pt. Shrimp Broccoli Alfredo

List of Ingredients
1 can of Campbell's soup Cream of Shrimp
3/4 c. of steamed shrimp (grocery store)
1/2 c. Fat Free 1/2 & 1/2 cream
1/2 c. of water
2 tbsp. of Fat Free Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. of parsley
1/2 c. of frozen broccoli or asparagus
1 c. of linguine pastaRecipe
Boil water to cook pasta. Put one can of Shrimp soup in a small non-stick sauce pan. Add the half and half cream, parsley and the water then stir. Place on medium heat and stir occasionally. You can then add the Parmesan cheese. Steam your vegetables in a separate pot. I use frozen vegetables and I steam them before putting them in the sauce. (You don't want to have the access water make the sauce watery) Once the sauce starts to bubble, reduce heat and add vegetables and shrimp. Measure out 1 cup of pasta and pour a cup of the sauce on top!
I estimated it to be about 6-8 points per serving (I don?t have a recipe builder but this is what I estimated).
