8 ounces medium pasta shells
2 cups (1 bag) Healthy Choice low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup skim or 1% milk, divided
3 tablespoons Brummel & Brown tub margarine Recipe
Preheat oven to 350¼F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Pour 1/4 cup of milk into bottom of 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Layer each of the following in the order listed: 1/2 of the pasta; 1/2 of the cheese; other half of the pasta; other 1/4 cup of milk; and other 1/2 of the cheese. Top with margarine. Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
Makes 4 one-cup servings at 7 points each.
