Pasta: 8.5 pt. Pasta, Spinach & Feta

List of Ingredients
8 oz pasta (mostaccioli or penne, cooked and drained)
2 T. oil (origional recipe calls for Olive Oil, I just use Pam and 1 T vegetable oil)
3 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 package (10oz)frozen spinach,thawed and well drained
1 package (8oz)feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions Recipe
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Heat oil and add onions, saute for about 2 minutes. Add the spinach and tomatoes stirring well for an addtional 2 minutes, or til well heated. Remove from heat. Add crumbled feta cheese and ENJOY!
Serves 4.
