Pasta: 8 pt. Broccoli-Stuffed Shells

1/4 cup Water
1 cup Mushrooms (chopped)
1/2 cup onions (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
2 1/4 cups steamed broccoli (chopped)
4 teaspoons just whites + 1/4 C. water (lightly beaten)
24 Jumbo shell macaroni (cooked al dente and well drained.)
2 cups low sodium Tomato sauce Recipe
Place 1/4 C. water in a skillet and heat over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic and spices. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add more water if necessary. Remove from heat and add cheese, broccoli and egg white. Preheat oven to 350¼F. Stuff shells with mixture. Spread 1/2 C. Topmato sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange shells over sauce. Top with remaining tomato sauce. 7. Bake for 30 minutes.
