    List of Ingredients




    1 med size fat free tortilla,
    1 1/2 Tbs. tomato sauce ( Prego is my favorite),
    1/2 of a 3oz cooked chicken breast,
    1 tsp parmesan or romano cheese,
    Add your favorite veggies

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 350. On a cookie sheet, spread sauce on tortilla, next sprinkel on your cheese, place the cooked chicken brest on top, then add all your favorite veggies. Put it in the oven and let it cook for 5-10 minutes ( the longer you leave it in the crispier it gets)

    Serves 1; 3 pts.

    Special Notes: Its also low fat, its the perfect size, and its alittle bit of a change because of the diffrent cheese but its a good one.
