Pizza: 4 pt. Grilled Chicken Pita Pizza

2 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Healthy Choice Traditional or Garlic Lovers pasta sauce
4 whole wheat pitas
4 tablespoons Light parmesan cheese
oregano to taste
paprika to taste
non-stick cooking sprayRecipe
Spray grilling surface with non-stick spray. Sprinkle chicken breasts with paprika and oregano and cut into thin slices. Grill sliced chicken just until cooked completely through. Cover pitas with pasta sauce, chicken, oregano to taste and parmesan. Bake at 400¼ F for 5-10 minutes, or until crispy.
Servings: 4
A very tasty, low-points version of pizza...you can also use no-points barbecue sauce in place of the pasta sauce to make it a BBQ Chicken pizza. A salad on the side completes this filling low-points meal.
