5 cups flour
4 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
4 tablespoons yeast
2 cups water -- lukewarm
1 jar pizza sauce
12 ounces mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
4 cups mixed vegetablesRecipe
Make dough by combining the first 6 ingredients. Split dough in half and make into 2 16" rounds. Top each pizza with 1/2 jar pizza sauce, and 2 cups or more of your favorite veggies. Top pizza with 6 oz mozzarella cheese.
NOTES : Makes 2 16" pizzas; Serves 16.
