    Pork: 3 pt. Pork Chops w/ Dijon Sauce

    4- 4oz. lean pork chops
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/3 cup ff chicken broth
    1-1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
    1/3 cup ff evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Sprinkle both side of chops with s & p. coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. heat over medium heat until hot. Add chops to skillet and cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned. remove chops from skillet and keep warm. Add broth to skillet, stirring to loosen brown bits. Combine mustard and milk. reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. spoon sauce over chops.

    Serves 4.
