Turkey: 7 pt. "Porcupines" in Sauce

***Porcupines***
10 ounces ground turkey
2 ounces uncooked converted rice
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon marjoram leaves
1/8 teaspoon thyme leaves
dash pepper
***Sauce***
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup canned chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
Recipe
Porcupines: Preheat oven to 350¼ F. In medium bowl thoroughly combine beef, rice, diced onion, parsley, salt, marjoram, thyme and pepper. Shape into 8 equal balls. Spray a 1-quart casserole with cooking spray and arrange balls in the dish.
Sauce: Combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over balls in casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour, turning once during baking. Serves 2.
