    List of Ingredients




    1 cup zucchini -- grated
    1/2 cup grated carrots
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    6 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    4 tablespoons raisins
    2/3 cup skim milk
    10 packets sweet and low

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin pan with Pam. Divide equally. Bake at 350¼ for 25 minutes.

    Makes 12 muffins.
