2 to 4 pt. Easy Brownie Muffins

1 package Betty Crocker Sweet Rewards Brownie Mix
2 1/2 cups unprocessed wheat bran, Miller's
1 cup orange juice, from frozen concentrate -- (diluted from-- frozen concentrate)Recipe
Preheat oven to 375¼. Spray mini muffin tins lightly with cooking spray. Mix together the brownie mix, unprocessed wheat bran and orange juice. DO NOT ADD ANY ADDITIONAL LIQUID. Dough will be sticky and thick. Spoon into 24 mini muffin tins and bake approximately 12 minutes
Note: I used regular sized muffin tins and divided the batter up in 12 muffin cups. I baked for approximately 15 minutes.
*For 24 mini muffins Calories each: 118.8 Fat: 2.2 Fiber: 3.9 Points: 2 each
*For 12 muffins Calories each: 237.7 Fat: 4.4 Fiber: 7.8 Points: 4 each
NOTES : You won't believe how incredibly rich and delicious these muffins are! A keeper!
