cooking spray
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped black walnuts
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large egg Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Place paper liners coated with cooking spray in muffin cups. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients; make a well in center. Combine remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture. Divide among cups; bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
